Set in a coastal village caught between fire and silence, Bread and Salt moves through three ritualistic phases: the gathering, the burning, the trace. The violin becomes both a storyteller and a dancer — fierce, ecstatic, then fading — echoing the rhythm of a collective rite under Mediterranean skies.

Drawing on Arab-Andalusian modes and flamenco gestures, this piece carries the pulse of ancestral memory and communal fever. It burns, and then disappears.
