Twilight Calypso

Track composed for the monthly KVR One Synth Challenge #184 with the free VST synth ToneZ 2 developed by Retornz.

It came out way goofier and sillier than I intended to be, honestly. Partly sploink, partly epic, partly EDM, partly "I-don't-know-what-anymore"... Imagine it as a sort of OST for a new hypothetical Worms game.

It's basically the same one, just with less washed out reverbs, beefier production and some subtle different effects throughout.

This is a little experiment I did as a challenge to my self, in order to compose something that could be reminiscent of a cinematic soundtrack or trailer music for an epic movie or game. 
A little too dynamic, perhaps (be ready to turn that volume down after the first section).

Wheels Are Turning (First Demo)

I originally composed this track for the monthly Mix Challenge Songwriting Contest in June (if you want to know more, here's the website: https://www.mix-challenge.com/), which theme was "Summer Dreams". Unfortunately, the version I submitted for the contest was definitely unfinished, unpolished and... well, for this reasons (and a few others), not very good.

A couple of feedbacks defining it like a sort of game soundtrack prompted me to try and fix it. This is its more refined version, with a better volume and balance managament between the tracks and a richer mix. As usual, it's still not perfect, but I'm quite satisfied with it.
