祂來拯救我們 
「人子來，為要尋找、拯救失喪的人。」
路加福音 19：10

2016年3月，我參觀了瑞士伯恩自然歷史博物館。此行的主要目的就是要看到巴里（Barry，1800–1814年）的標本，牠是歷史上最著名的山地救援犬。巴里是一隻公聖伯納犬，出生於瑞士和義大利之間、阿爾卑斯山的大聖伯納德修道院。該地海拔8200英尺（約2500公尺），氣溫嚴寒，時有暴風雪肆虐，給穿越峽谷的旅行者帶來巨大的挑戰。修道院裡的人每天都帶著狗出去尋找迷路的旅人。其中搜救犬巴里是最不知疲倦的，據說牠曾經拯救過四十多人。

多年來，牠的故事被繪製成畫，寫成書，給人們留下深刻的印象。相傳牠的脖子上總掛著一個裝滿烈酒的小桶，還說牠曾經發現了一個凍得半死的男孩，並把他背到了修道院，而在牠營救第41名傷者時，這位拿破崙的士兵卻誤以為牠是一匹狼，於是用刺刀將它刺死。儘管這些傳說可能造成負面影響，但它們不能削弱巴里的卓越貢獻。2014年6月13日，在牠死去兩百年後，伯恩博物館開設了題為《巴里─傳奇聖伯納犬》的常設展。

凝視著巴里的標本時，我的思緒也回到了兩百多年前。我彷彿看到牠在白雪皚皚的阿爾卑斯山中拯救旅人的景象。隨後，我的眼光投向了另一次偉大的救援行動─大約兩千年前，上帝的兒子離開了天庭，降臨到危險的人間，以祂拯救的大恩來奪回這個世界。想到這裡，我獻上默禱，先是感謝上帝藉著那隻救援犬來拯救迷失的旅人，之後感謝祂藉著愛子拯救全人類。

《聖經》向我們保證，基督的救援任務絕對有效，「罪在哪裡顯多，恩典就更顯多了」（羅5：20），「凡靠著他進到上帝面前的人，他都能拯救到底」（來7：25）。無論我們過去犯了什麼罪，基督都已「救了我們脫離黑暗的權勢，把我們遷到他愛子的國裡；我們在愛子裡得蒙救贖，罪過得以赦免」（西1：13、14）。

At the center is the Shard—not a relic, but a ruptured signal, a metaphysical artifact of forbidden cognition. It draws those who are Unbranded, Fractured, or Anomalous, pulling them into recursive loops of memory edits and emotional implants.
