Biorhythm’s debut album is a deeply personal collection of music which explores the themes of time, restlessness, and reflection. Life Time blends spacious, intricate rhythms with lush melodies, creating a listening experience that is as immersive as it is emotive. The music demonstrates a forward-thinking approach, while its nostalgic undertones give it a timeless feel.

Tracks like “Future State Of Mind” and “Searching For Sunrise” are the essence of autonomic distilled into its purest form, while the aptly named “Sleep Pattern” aims to place the listener in a trance with it’s hypnotic 6/4 time signature and evocative melodies. Each track is a masterclass in restraint, with Biorhythm carefully balancing complex drum patterns and emotive melodies.
