Inspired by @antonio porrino. I have been reignited, inspired, spiritually moved in the passion and power this style allows. Romanticism in a baroque format. It is the interplay of the inner voicings that somehow magically weave a tapestry of harmony, emotion, warmth and countless surprises. Antonio composed a piece To Mary Queen of Peace. This alone, sparked the will and want to try this style. Yes, it should have a harpsichord for the basso continuo but my harpsichord sound is more Stevie Wonder Superstition. I will leave funk for another day. Thank you Antonio, so so very much for the inspiration.
