Bill Smith is owner and operator of Coastal Land and Wildlife Services in the low country of South Carolina and his profession is exactly what we described. This is not the case for most of the world.&nbsp; After a chance encounter with a pastor from Kenya, Elliott Stoval felt called to do something about the difficulty for people in Kenya and other parts of the world to get and have clean safe drinking water.
