We are Ruby Norman and Charlie Churchill, two 16-year-olds from Devon, England. We are both studying Music Performance at Exeter College and were tasked with completing a final, end of year project. For this project, we decided to take one of our favourite movies and turn it into a concept/proposal for a musical. We picked the 90s rom com ‘10 Things I hate about you’ as our movie as we loved the characterization and storyline however it also gave us an opportunity to modernize it and make it into more of a ‘modern musical’.
