A vela ocidental nunca se apagava milagrosamente, representado a Presença Divina que sempre paira sobre o povo judeu.
Mas, apesar do milagre, Aharon nunca falhou nos detalhes do acendimento, não se apoiando no milagre que estava por vir.

BAMIDBAR: He Who Laughs Last, Laughs Best SUCCESS SECRET SAUCE | STUMP THE RABBI (233)

This class is based on Likutey Moharan lesson 24: In Parshat Bamidbar, the census of the Jewish people reflects the deeper challenge of counting in a finite world while remaining connected to the Infinite. Rebbe Nachman reveals that the key to bridging this paradox—the finite and the Or Ein Sof—is the Keter, a crown-like barrier that both pushes us back and prepares us to receive Hashem’s light. Like numbers cycling through zero, spiritual growth requires starting again with joy after each setback. Reb Noson explains that counting Jews directly severs this connection, but counting through tzedakah for sacrifices infuses simchah into the process, transforming danger into Divine presence. As we count Sefirat HaOmer—through highs and lows—we prepare to receive the Torah anew, filled with the light of the Keter, where even simple mitzvot become vessels of love, clarity, and personal redemption.

Born in Netanya, Israel, Rabbi Yaron Reuven began his American Dream as a little boy, when his family immigrated to the United States. He went from a newspaper boy at the age of 10, to a well known self made Wall Street multimillionaire by the age of 23. During his time in Wall Street he owned his own private brokerage firm, as well as a hedge fund and international insurance agency. He was also featured on CNBC, Bloomberg and Chinese NDTV due to his success in the financial industry.

 

At age 26 he faced a 7-year battle for his life when a simple surgery went wrong. From that moment his life would never be the same. This moment marked the start of a series of miraculous events and an exciting pursuit of truth, ultimately resulting in Rabbi Reuven renouncing his lofty position and success in Wall Street, after 16 years, to become a full time kiruv rabbi.
