Here’s my rework of the incredible song “Barely Holding On” by Erik Sing & Sophia Hughes. For me, the story, raw emotion and simplicity of the original really resonated and I wanted to build on that from another perspective.  

With the edit, my intention was to preserve the vocal’s emotion, while bringing a different energy overall. I always feel that a story such as this bears a lot of sadness - but often comes with an overwhelming positive that’s just so hard to find.
