Starting at age 15, "Devoshun", steve's teen aged R&B band, had a top 20 Billboard dance hit. His solid Bronx back-beat has powered several name acts such as Sara Dash of LA BELLE, Disco Diva Carol Williams,  R&B classic vocal group "The Persuaders", Gospel great Linda Hopkins and 90's pop stars RCA Recording Artist's  'Kid Creole and the Coconuts" and "Gichey Dan & Beachwood #9". Steve was also drummer for Platinum Vocalists Natalie Cole, and Phyllis Hyman.  Steve was also the original drummer for NY indie POP band " FLY TO FRANCE" with Jim Cuddy & Greg Keelor. They are now Canada's #1 multi platinum Rock Band "BLUE RODEO". Steve was also the drummer for Arista recording artist "GQ" whose three 1 hit singles include the now classic dance hit “Disco Nights.” Steve received both gold and platinum albums for his work with GQ. Extensive world touring has brought him to many large venues all over the world. During that time he shared the stage with many popular acts including Kool and the Gang, Chic, The Isley Brothers,Gap Band. Steve is also a multi-talented songwriter/producer who possesses an amazing musical insight that constantly inspires other musicians. Steve is an endless source of creativity who has written in virtually every genre of music. He scored the music for the Now Classic Nintendo 64 VIDEO game “Major League Baseball with Ken Griffey Jr.” this video game ihas been inducted into the gaming hall of fame. Steve also composed the musical score for the Off-Broadway play “RUS-H” which opened to rave reviews in NYC. Steve also wrote the score for the off broadway play “TOUCHSCAPE”.  
studio projects: "Steve A’s Blockparty", pop rock band "Street Child", and R&B band "Lori Rose and the Rocketeers". It was Steve’s intuitive vision that facilitated the recent return of SEGUIDA ny latin rock to the spotlight. Seguida brings tradition plus new innovations to the genre of Latin-Rock Alternative music. Steve is also the CEO of his music label "Onroda Musicworks" which has many new releases produced and composed by Steve & wife Vocalist "Lori Rose" .
