Du coup, je cache mes émotions, ce qui crée un malaise dans mes relations, notamment autour des doutes, des attentes non satisfaites et de la peur de faire du mal à l’autre. Il y a un contraste entre le désir d’être réconfortée et la volonté de me protéger par la distance. Avec le temps, cela me rend de plus en plus méfiante vis-à-vis des autres, comme si je me trouvais dans un cercle vicieux, prisonnière des schémas du passé."
