El brillo, la energía y la capacidad creativa coexisten en una joven promesa de la música. 
El originario de Mazatlán basado en la CDMX, Juan Leonardo Torres aka Belmar sigue creciendo su identidad, desde solo crear remixes hasta lanzar su primer LP Nights Without Coffee. 

Tras haber ganado experiencia al presentarse en grandes venues y escenarios se ha podido permear de diversos panoramas sonoros alimentando su curiosidad por jugar con los géneros. Así fue como logró ensamblar su más reciente EP, Seasons  en donde consiguió un match perfecto con la australiana It Bends, al jugar con las texturas de su género predominante el cual es el pop, fusionado con synths brillantes, notas melancólicas y atmósferas sensuales.  

Belmar se caracteriza por su inquietud, curiosidad y versatilidad, ya que su mood cambia tanto al producir su música y remixes donde ahora experimenta entre sus ensambles de electro pop, neo soul, jazz, UK garage, hasta ahora echar mano de ritmos urbanos, world, afro y latin music. Con ello logra una dualidad ya que en su Live Act la atmósfera se torna tersa al contar con vocalistas las cuales elevan el acto y le dan el toque de sensualidad y envolvimiento espacial perfecto para cautivar a las personas; pero al cambiar a DJ Set se convierte en un rayo fulminante al utilizar selecciones poderosas de vanguardia con la cuales logra que la pista de baile arda y el público no deje de bailar.
