this track is inspired by a seminar held by media philosopher and professor Franziska Reichenbecher about Foucault's famous writing Surveiller et Punir (1976), chapter The Panopticism, which is a model to describe a modern society of surveillance dates from the concept by Jeremy Bentham (1791).
