T-1 is sequencing my modules + drone soundscape and drums in background with some of my tracks (recorded modular sounds) in Ableton.

T_Delay_tion

My usual and preferred approach to producing music is to make something fun in a lighthearted and spontaneous way. This almost always involves either Norns or an iPad (with AUM or Drambo). So an alternate route could have been to compose something on a computer or maybe with live instruments.

Alas I am on vacation with just my phone. So I first decided to just record whatever sounds came up in the environment and edit the result in an audio editor. But then I read about Bastl Outsidify - and that was my alternate route.

With Outsidify, I played a snippet of a jazz drum solo into a clay pot. Then I doubled the recording in an audio editor and slightly shifted one of the tracks. Lastly I faded between the too. Finita la commedia!
