In 8 hour shifts, the song reflects activity during an 8 hour shift at work. I had my first 8 hour shift at work a while back, and it kinda exhausting. Everything fits together perfectly, but I think the melody could be better. I love the chords in this song.

I made the brick stealer and a batch of some other song starters when I first found out that you can put samples in Beepbox, and there are Beepbox communities that I fit right into. I played around with new chord types, new instruments, copying other instruments from other songs, but it's still pretty obvious I don't understand music theory and mixing that well yet. It was made, finished, and published on Thanksgiving day of 2024.

I have no idea why I named it this other than that the song has a "sneaky, mischievous feeling."

In the song im tired of winter, i was tired of winter. Its the worst season, tbh. You can't really go outside, (at least where I live,) and even just being alive is a pain. I experimented with 7/4 time, switching time from 7/4 to 6/4, switching tempo, better mixing, early Jamiroquai style bass, and chord extensions. The mixing is alright, but there are still many parts to the song you can hear kinda suck. The chords are random. The melody is sometimes in a different scale. It just sounds wrong. I learned a lot from this.

beets is such a banger bro. and, it was somehow only made in 2 hours. too bad its short, though. I called it beets cuz its fire beats. You get to hear catchy chords, melody, and bass in the song. The perfect mix of my favorite things.

during my road trip back from a thanksgiving trip, a blizzard hit. like, bro.... it was 70 degrees in tennessee but driving to indiana we get hit by a foot of snow??? I already dislike winter (as shared before), so I made this song in the car driving to my home.

I like to think cool mans jams was my first actually 'good' song. Most of the song is banger. I used some chords from "Peg" by Steely Dan. You can hear how I get a better feeling for how to compose bass and chords.
