Come Correct

First off, and this should go without saying, but this is an UNOFFICIAL remake of the song from Weekend At Bernie’s 2. The original song does not exist outside of the movie, meaning either the studio version has been lost, or someone important (either the movie producers or the original creator of the song) does not want it out there (and I will happily oblige in taking it down if necessary).

So fair warning, this is probably NOT something you would want to use in any content - use at your own risk, but feel free to listen, download, play it, sing along, dance, etc. I do not claim ownership of any pieces of production or the musical idea, whether they were sampled from the movie or added to fill it in. The song / video upload will NOT be monetized in any way. This is a passion-project made out of love for the movies and the music.

Like I said, this is a fan recreation of the song from Weekend At Bernie’s 2, which plays throughout the conga line scene. It samples parts of the original ripped from the movie, which are mostly added as texture along with samples and sounds that I have added. Obviously, the vocals are not original, because the original vocals are unable to be “saved”. The vocals you hear in this are an “AI cover” of sorts, and the voice model that was used is a royalty-free one on the myvox.ai platform by “Johnny Rose”.

The goal of this was to try to get as close to an original studio version, while also sounding modern and clean. The lyrics are mostly accurate, but there are parts that I could not hear well enough or felt could be slightly better. A lot of the adlibs are missing, but there’s just too many in the original to replicate… There’s also a key change in the original, but I felt like it didn’t really need it.

It’s been over 30 years since the movie came out, and I’m sure many long fans of this movie thought they’d never see a studio version of this ever uploaded - this isn’t exactly that, but it’s pretty close. I hope you all like and enjoy it!
