This piece is kind of, whatever, but I am uploading it for it is unique in the way I performed it.  I made this song as a contest entry for Fxpansion's BFD2 and ended up winning.  What you are hearing is me playing everything live, simultaneously, on the WARR guitar.  Only the drums were prerecorded(supplied by Fxpansion).  I was playing a bass line, guitar part, 2 different synth parts via midi outputs on the guitar and bass sides of the WARR.  My brain hurts.

A fictional advert song for soundcloud from a listener’s perspective dedicated to the great community of Soundcloud.

This song started with the chorus and the title „soundcloud“, which came to my mind, when I rode my bicycle going to work. I developed it then on the piano. When I worked on it I realized, that it would become a 12/8 soul-ballad in the tradition of Motown, Aretha Franklin, Dionne Warwick and other artists of the 70s.  Also Burt Bacharach comes to my mind as one of the great songwriters, who wrote many phantastic songs for Dionne Warwick and others. I immediately thought on

to take over the lead-vocals and I had the plan to collaborate again with

and luckily they both agreed to join. I have to thank both for their amazing contributions for this track.
