Felix E and Michael Ritter combine their skills on a standout new EP for INDISKRET BERLIN Records with remixes from Pajuh, Esin and Biesmans.

Ritter is a key player in Germany’s melodic techno scene who combines intricate rhythms with emotive melodies for a sound that’s both deep and dancefloor-ready, and Felix E drops high-energy and sleek productions blending groove, grit and forward-thinking sounds.

Tension is a perfect mood builder with atmospheric pads and wavy beats sweeping you up and encouraging you to get lost in the cosmic melodies. Release is a dubby cut with a moody lead synth that keeps you locked in for the ride as the bass wanders on. Revolte then shuts down with more driving drums and nimbler energy as more widescreen pads bring the soul up top.

First to remix is Pajuh who flips Tension into a deep cut with fizzing, pixelated chords spraying across the mix to dramatic effect. Esin then keeps things lush and dreamy with a zoned out and deep roller of a remix of Release, and then Revolte gets an upbeat and pumping house rework from Biesmans who brings bright pads and thumping kicks.

These are three sophisticated new sounds from Felix E & Michael Ritter.

das watergate hat seine tore geschlossen – und mit ihm endet ein kapitel berliner clubgeschichte. wir nehmen euch mit auf eine emotionale zeitreise durch die highlights der letzten 5 jahre: von der legendären multinotes-nacht bis zum tränenreichen closing im januar 2025.

die momente des staunens kommen alle zur sprache – mano le tough’s all night long set, die power-partyreihe, jede menge watergate-ikonen und natürlich biesmans, der als tontechniker anfing und zum watergate-resident wurde.

"ich glaube, monopohl würde es heute in der form nicht geben, wenn diese party nicht stattgefunden hätte" – ein pohlcast über einen ort, der mehr war als nur club. ein ort der begegnung, wo touristen und locals, atzen, hippies und schickimickis zusammen zur musik tanzten. wo morgens die sonne über der spree aufging.
