I had the wonderful opportunity to chat with the lovely Carol Petersen of  @thewellnessbydesignproject  . We went deep into progesterone therapy, why most women need MORE bioidentical hormones, why you may believe progesterone is NOT working for you, the influence stress has on your adrenaline and progesterone, and lots more.
