This is my first song I've completed in Fl Studio. I had never heard of this game before but heard it had good music so I listened to some and decided it would be a good first project.

Video games, especially ones from the 80s and 90s, have a special place in my heart, especially the music from these games. Lots of square wave synths used to produce the music from these retro titles that we all know and love. That inspiration has lead many people, myself included, to create remixes of these legendary tunes. 

For quite a few years now I have performed at private events where the request has been to play a DJ set of video games remixes. While I already have a progressive set dedicated to Squeenix (Square Enix), and I plan to release both a trance and DnB Squeenix set as well, there is a lot of fantastic music from genres outside of the RPG world. This series will be dedicated to the very best music from all genres of video games (side scrollers, FPS, RPGs, etc). Enjoy!
