The inspiration for this track came from watching songbirds jump around the plum tree in my front yard, eating the center of the blossoms and plucking the rest from the tree.. I wanted to make their songs the background of the track with an airy, spacious synth instrumentation to compliment it.

All of the sounds, aside from the drums/percussion and ambience, I created with Serum. A lot this was also just an experimentation with lfo rate automation, taking inspiration from odesza and flume. 

Even though I have posted other songs before, I would really consider this my "first song", as in a fully finished track that is the beginning of a greater sound project that I wish to develop and experiment with.
