The Shyness of Trees - DJ set - 2023

This set is  both a tribute and an experiment. A tribute to the amazing primal techno being forged these days at Guardian Records. An experiment as I try to bridge it with my first crush in fast electronic music, the tribe tekno often heard during mornings in freeparties. The result is a 158-170 bpm hybrid set with stomping tribe beats topped by psychedelic vapors and epic melodies.

OTUS [SEMC - Seinäjoki Electronic Music Collective] FI
Finland based DJ Otus ignited his spark into the world of DJing many years ago,enjoying the sounds on rave dance floors.

Learning the skills at home as a hobby, it was not for a couple of years before Otus served his musical delights behind the decks for all to enjoy.

Otus is a DJ that enjoys pushing musical boundaries from one genre to another, combined with his energetic style of DJing, this time blending and diving into the psychedelic world of full on and Goa trance.

WIOLA (FI)
Wiola started dreaming about her own DJ career in year 2004. In 2014 she decided to make her dream come true. House of Hard Music has been supporting and promoting Wiola in her career since the very beginning.
In June year 2015 Wiola played her first gig at House of Hard Music’s and Futuristic’s event in Tampere. First years she played mostly in Turku, but also visited many other cities in Finland.

Since 2018 Wiola has been giving everything to her career and so the DJ career has been progressed fast. The most memorable gigs so far have been Kosmos Festival, Bermuda Gathering and HUG Halloween in Finland.

Wiola is knowing for her soulful performance and she loves to spread her favourite music to the crowd and dance together with them.

ODEN [Blue Hour Sounds] FI
Finland based Dj and producer Oden has been playing and producing music since the mid- nineties. Oden is well known for representing the leading psytrance organisation Original Pranksters for years.

Oden’s psychedelic trance driven sets are in high demand in Finland since his unique capability of mixing his own music among his favourite tunes made by other preeminent musicians.

Man könnte annehmen, RAOUL ist älter als der Psy, solange bespielt er schon die großen und kleinen Bühnen unserer Szene. Und da ein guter Wein im Alter immer wertvoller wird, so gilt dies erst Recht für unseren Künstler dieser Ausgabe. Seine Verwandlungsfähigkeit wird in diesem Set nochmal sehr hörbar, jedoch ohne auch nur ein bisschen an seinem feinen Geschmack für Schallraketen einzubüßen. Raem is the DJ set project of Jeremie T, hailing from France. After navigating the infamous European freeparties and psychedelic festivals since the early 2000s, he joined Blue Hour Sounds in 2014 and ADN Music in 2015 as label DJ. 

The Raem project is about offering sonic stories carefully crafted for each event and crowd. By mixing styles and speeds, he delivers emotionally rich journeys with contrasting sonic palettes, always at the service of the trance dance experience.
