I composed this track from experience in the hope to lift people's spirit that have been in similar situations and see no way out, feeling stuck in their life, having undergone major setbacks or what not and showing that every day is a brand new day and that the hardships can also be seen as fuel for continueing their journey in life and spiralling upwards.
