Hey there, before I leave to heal in a clinic in a few days, being offline until the end of the year, I want to drop this set for you. (Leaving a little trace in the internet with what I love: weaving slowravesoundcarpets)
I had my London debut playing for the lovely A2J crew in July. @apriltojuly 
It's been one of the opportunities, that I dreamed of for so long. Thats why a lot of guilt was spinning in my mind. I wasn't feeling very good, because my depression was kicking hard during my stay in GB. I did not know how to act around all the people at the venue before and after my gig and was afraid I seem not thankful enough to be there, here in London this wonderful city, presenting music to a lovely crowd. But when I am in the hyperfocus of djing, I can feel myself again. I felt safe and good while playing, even though I am so insecure with myself and the people surrounding me. So I try to look at it from both ways, just like the streets in London told me every day, when I crossed them, in order to be safe: I can be sad and happy the same time. I can be insecure at a venue but secure with my music and you dancing.
Thank you for dancing, thank you for giving me this opportunity.
I hope I can come back one day London, with a plaster on my sore soul, and play my heart out.

“Judith van Waterkant was born in the beautiful baltic sea area and crashed into her fathers vinyl collection in a glas vitrine while dancing along with the record "Life is Life" at the tender age of 3. "Nananananaaa"!
Since then she’s not only gained a couple dangerous looking scars, which would be visible if she shaved her head, and gotten prepared to join in with the fights in the streets of Rostock, she’s also kept her deep passion of music with her, always on her mind. At the age of 14, she had a crush on her guitar teacher and has deeply loved music since that time, from every pore of her skin, which became even clearer to her later when she found herself in a massage circle where everybody was humming “Give Peace a Chance” in order to alleviate the difficulties and challenges of puberty. However, no one was supposed to find out about that. “If I die today, I’ll die happy” was her boozy attitude back then. It’s exactly this spirit that the Leipziger-by-choice tried to convey in her so-called Mindset-Sets, in a down-and-mid-beat-comfortzone between 100-115 BPM on the dance-floors of the world or on the couch at home.”
