If you think, "Time is going fast", it's going to feel like time is flying by, which can make you feel anxious and stressed! The reality is time moves at the same speed for everyone. Therefore, you need to change your relationship with time.

Manda has been a teacher of  the Brahma Kumaris for well over 40 years.  She resides at our Global Retreat Centre just outside of Oxford where she is leading the team co-ordinating the activities, events and retreats for BK's and the general public.
