The ability to realise one’s own mistake happens in the heart. To dwell on mistakes stops me moving forward. Do not place mistakes on your head, the weight may crush you. Instead put it under your feet, use it as a platform to view your horizon.

Margaret has been studying Raja Yoga meditation with the Brahma Kumaris for over 30 years which has supported change in all areas of her life. She has particular interest in how transformative thinking and personal practice work together to make spirituality practical for everyday living. She has a degree in Adult Education & Training and works as an Empowered Living Consultant.
