Margaret has been studying Raja Yoga meditation with the Brahma Kumaris for over 30 years which has supported change in all areas of her life. She has particular interest in how transformative thinking and personal practice work together to make spirituality practical for everyday living. She has a degree in Adult Education & Training and works as an Empowered Living Consultant.

Natalie has had a varied career in banking, television and social services working with people with learning disabilities. For the last 7 years she has dedicated her time to co-ordinating activities for the Brahma Kumaris in Loughborough. She has been a BK student for over 30 years.

Jyoti has been practicing Raja Yoga meditation for the past 20 years. She previously worked as a Primary School Teacher in India and is now based in London, where she offers voluntary services at the Brahma Kumaris European Headquarters, Global Cooperation House.

Christine has been a student and teacher with the Brahma Kumaris for over 35 years. She is currently based at the National Co-ordinating office of the Brahma Kumaris in London where she is mainly responsible for organising and introducing their Thursday talks. Christine is a member of the Raja Yoga Teachers' group and the Core Events group. She is the mother of three grown up children and grandmother of four.

Daxa has been a student of the Brahma Kumaris for over 30 years. She manages the Wembley Inner Space shop and seminar space on Wembley High Road, for the Brahma Kumaris.

The Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University (UK), a registered charity since 1975, opens its doors every day of the year to students from all walks of life, cultures and backgrounds to study Raja Yoga meditation.
