I wrote this track when I was at my lowest I think I've ever been to date, it's undergone so many changes and I'm finally at a point now where I'm happy with the backtrack. The lyrics have been scrutinised so much and modified, as with the vocals to a point where I'm not sure if the full track will be published.

As the name suggests, this is a song about breakup, heartbreak and everything that comes with it - anxiety, depression and self loathing.

I know there’s debate around AI in music. For me, it’s not about replacing artists. It’s about unlocking new ways to share the songs I write, so the stories don’t stay trapped on the page.

Craypoe Productions presents an eclectic collection that brings together a diverse lineup of talented guest musicians, each lending their own unique voice to the songs of Bob Craypoe. Every lyric across the album was written by Bob, who also handled full production duties to ensure the record’s cohesive sound and vision.

The sessions were recorded at Bob Craypoe’s Crackle and Hiss Studios in Stillwater Township, New Jersey—a place where raw creativity and authenticity meet. Adding a rich and unexpected dimension to the project, the strings were performed by members of the Crandon Lakes Philharmonic Orchestra, giving the album moments of orchestral depth alongside its grittier tones.

The guest list spans across genres, featuring country pickers, punk rebels, seasoned rockers, and soulful blues musicians. This mix of backgrounds creates a dynamic listening experience, with each track carrying the spirit of collaboration while staying true to the working-class stories and heartfelt grit captured in Bob’s lyrics.

At its heart, this is a testament to the power of music as a shared language—rooted in tradition yet unafraid to cross boundaries, and always grounded in the voice of the people.

Musician-hobbyist enjoying the creative side of music. As it is a genuine hobby, I see no restraints. I simply create and effortlessly flow with whatever comes to mind. This isn’t a cookie-cutter approach, yet a freelance sentiment of music creation as a truly heartfelt hobby. That being said, if others just so happen to enjoy these impressions, then that's just that extra bonus. It feels great actually! My entire works are done on an old-school approach of using physical knobs and faders; There is no DAW. All tracks are produced from scratch. There are no prerecorded borrowed loops, or sound samples from the creativity of other established artists. Even the drum loops are physically created. This is a purely raw and original production outfit. Moreover, this profile is more of a share, versus a self-promotion. I adhere to no one genre, or any specific rules on what the industry deems as to how music should sound, or how it is created or produced. I am a freethinker as a true independent. These are merely a collection of my thoughts—a digital footprint that will endure far after my expiration. Thank you for listening to my musical renditions!! “I started making music in the summer of 2020, right in the middle of COVID,” says hip-hop artist Xenix, born Joshua Posey in Fairfax, Virginia. “Life got heavy around 2018. I was dealing with depression, heartbreak, and trying to find myself. Music became the only place I could tell the truth.”

Inspired deeply by Juice WRLD, Xenix built his sound around melody, emotion, and honesty. “Juice showed me you can talk about pain, love, and everything in between — and people will feel it because it’s real.”

What began as an escape soon became a purpose. His songs often explore mental battles, falling in love, losing it, and learning from it. “I make music for the people who feel too much,” he explains. “The ones who fight through the dark but still believe in something better.”

With every track, Xenix continues shaping a sound that’s raw, vulnerable, and relatable — a diary turned into hip-hop.

There's a few bops on my profile - or so I'm told. My best work is anything 2024 onwards but the older work is still on here as a reminder of where I started and where I'm going with music.

When I'm in the zone, it's so much fun! I do like to take my tie with what I make, though I can't say it's anything professional that I make.

I've started to expand from just telling a story through titles, descriptions and a track with no lyrics, to including some lyrics! I'm very new to actually singing over a track, thankfully I have a few friends helping though so I'm not sounding like nails on chalkboard. Now just muffled nails on chalkboard so not as bad :D
