The 2nd part aims to uplift the energy, using plenty of electro, dubby sounds and broken beats.

Breakbeat has always been a very important style in our musical journeys, since the early 90's, 
from those morning breakbeat sessions out in the California desert with some of the Moontribe djs John Kelley, Brad, Brian 
dropping those special morning breakbeats through dusty sun rays, dancers breaking and grooving in absolute freedom under desert skies. 
Moontribe parties will always hold a very special place in our hearts. 
Those “Fresh Produce” warehouse parties around the LA area, with Obscure and Jesse Brooks 
dropping the funkiest of west coast Breakbeats and dopest Californian House.
Meeting Wade Hampton and being introduced to Hardkiss and the San Francisco sound.
Experiencing Anthony Rother Live in Ibiza at Club Amnesia, all of these left a musical footprint in our sound.
Our dear friends and first dj crew in Venice, California in the early 90’s Dawson, Frank Fader, Dj Bee showing me the path, I clearly remember Dawson transitioning smoothly from Breaks to House, to Techno and Trance and everything in Between, still today I try to emulate his style and will always be the biggest influence and inspiration in my djing.

We have been tirelessly promoting the breakbeat culture through our shop in the 90’s Groovadelia, our parties and residencies at places like Centro Cultural España with our parties “Where’s my bitches” & “Kiss the sky”, our project “Grime Army Soldiers” with all nighters in the underground parties of the city of Cholula.
And of course through our label Blaq Records.

Djing for us has always been about telling stories, stories that run and travel in many directions, using many different styles and genres to venture to different places and emotions, our mixes have always been like a soundtrack to our current affairs and our current inspirations.

　Lotus Reaction is a Polish live act based in Warsaw. He draws his musical inspirations mainly from rock, pop, electronic music or folk. His aim is to explore as many different genres as possible. 
A host of Ambientorium and Allegro Moderato club series; he’s released his podcasts through Kiosk Radio, Fade Radio or 00effort.

　In the mix you can hear mainly broken downtempo beats, in which various drum patterns are the basis. In addition to the pads and melodies, there are a lot of drum modulations here, which is always the biggest difficulty in the live formula.

Hailing from Hackney East London, 'Although perceived as a late bloomer - in terms of DJing, I acquired an early taste for dance music collecting jungle records in my early teens back in the 90's. It wasn't until 2005 that i finally took my passion for electronic music to the next level and purchased my first pair of Technics 1210 turntables. With my fast learning ability accompanied by great desire to perfect mixing style, i mastered my craft much quicker than most. The rest as they say' is history, my style is a unique blend of deep & soulful house music.
