Giannis pediu para ser trocado. Não é noticia nova, mas também é. Antes da temporada começar já se comentava da chance de uma troca do Giannis, mas o assunto esfriou. Esfriou até o Antetokounmpo apagar a grande maioria dos seus tweets, requentando as fofocas até a confirmação. Fica até o final da temporada? Provavelmente, mas onde ele pode parar depois?

Mas claro, abrimos o pod falando da volta da NBB com o Flamengo sofrendo a famosa lei do ex, com o Pinheiros do Gustavinho ganhando e ganhando bem. Falamos também da vitória do Osasco sobre o Botafogo, dos outros jogos da semana e ainda sobrou tempo para a gente comentar do campeonato paranaense. 

Enquanto isso, no Paulista feminino, tivemos o primeiro jogo da final. E foi um bom jogo, cheio de viradas e momentos. No final, o controle do Sesi Araraquara pesou e o time sobre aproveitar para abrir um boa vantagem e vencer por 64 a 50. Domingo tem o jogo dois e você pode acompanhar pelo youtube da federação paulista.

Ainda tivemos a seleção brasileira em quadra. Claro, sem alguns de seus grandes nomes que estão em temporada fora do país, ou ainda, estão se recuperando de lesões, o Brasil teve chance de dar tempo de quadra para alguns dos novos nomes que estão surgindo e ganhou duas vezes do Chile. Uma lá e uma cá, pela mesma diferença de pontos, sem sofrimento. Esta é a primeira janela do pré-mundial. Final de fevereiro do ano que vem temos a segunda janela.

Na Euro, semana cheia, mas com um adiamento. O jogo do Olympiacos em Athenas precisou ser remarcado por conta de um forte temporal que caiu na cidade. Mas sem problemas para os outros jogos, a rodada contou com vitória dos times israelenses que estão em pontas distintas da tabela. Hapoel, ainda sem Caboclo se recuperando de cirurgia, lidera tranquilo, enquanto o lanterninha surpreendeu e bateu o Zalgiris na Lituânia. 

Por fim, entramos na NBA para falar não só do pedido de troca do Giannis e dos placares bizarros da semana (alguém joga defesa na temporada regular?), mas também da ação absurda do Clippers com o CP3, dispensando o jogador na calada da noite. Tem de ter alguma caroço neste angu, porque não é possível. O cara que trouxe a franquia para o mapa e que queria se apontar na equipe ser dispensado assim?

It's kind of amazing that almost every state in the U.S. has a poet laureate. At a time when America feels so divided, what it would mean to see the country through their eyes? That’s what I’m going to try and do with this series of audio collages.

I don’t know how long it will take or how often I’ll be able to put them out. But I’m going to try to speak with as many of these poet laureates as possible and turn those conversations into brief bits of sound and song.
