IsItQuan born JayQuan Mosby (on December 22, 1997) from a small city labeled as Petersburg, Virginia. As founder & CEO of IsItGang, IsItQuan makes his name by rapping, singing, songwriting, and record producing. After a radio interview with 106.5 The Beat's, Zxulu & the releasing of his first project "#DonMagicTheMixtape" in 2016 his buzz had began to rise in Petersburg. Establishing himself as a SoundCloud rapper IsItQuan continued to drop projects such as "Burg Boy 2:4:7" in 2017. Which led to the premiere of his single "Big Boy Ballin' " & it's official video on YouTube. Soon after IsItQuan released 2 separate EPs; One in August of 2017 called "IsItAEP" & the other in September of 2017 called "Thank God 4 Females" which are both available on SoundCloud now. Currently expanding to all other platforms, IsItQuan continues to drop singles, albums, visuals and more.
