This album is born from a longing for connection with nature and history. The album title and the band name are inspired by the jotuns of Norse mythology, both symbolizing a primordial force and beings such as elves, trolls and other fae folk. Our modern civilization has lost it's ways. Now is the time for a Jotun Revolution.

A folk ballad about falling in love with someone beautiful and lovely who is way out of your league and probably doesn't even know you exist.
I wrote this song and recorded this demo in 8 hours which for me is some kind of freakin' miracle!
I will definitely come back to this and make it beautiful and tidy for Bandcamp, but just for now, this'll give you an idea!

A tune I composed for some of my my America friends I met at the Montana Fiddle Camp in Avon Montana. Lynn 'Chirps' Smith, Stuart Williams & Mike Williams. They were playing for a contra dance in the evening hours and they inspired this tune that I wrote as soon as I got back to my room. I played this tune in my concert the next night. This tune has become so popular stateside and I thank all my American friends for believing in my music. Freddie Pelletier is pickin' the guitar on this tune and Trent Bruner is the piano player. I am a classically trained composer, finished music school in Russia and took private lessons in music composition. I write and orchestrate my works myself.  I am influenced by music of Tchaikovsy, Chopin, Beethoven, Shubert, Alexander Desplat, Thomas and Randy Newman, Danny Elfman. I write in cinematic, orchestral, classical, epic and ambient genres. Because of my lack of abilty with "playing" a veriaty of music I have recently taken to using Suno Ai to produce demos of my original songs. I have more to say abot these songs in the individual descriptions. I am currently updating my catalogue with "AI Assisted" demos.
