Bio:

FoundNation is a Catholic hip-hop group and ministry comprised of rap artists C2Six (Carlos Zamora), John Levi, Val Mural, Nico Santana and producer/artist Separate M1nd (Fonzie Pedroza). 

The group formed in 2010 after the artists found each other on a Catholic Hip-Hop website and forum called Phatmass. In 2011, FoundNation partnered up with El Padrecito ministries, a non-profit founded by Fr. Masseo Gonzalez aka El Padrecito. The collaboration would take the mission of the group around the United States for performances and events.

FoundNation has performed at the World Youth Day events in Brazil and Panama, NCYC on 3 occasions, Congreso de Jovenes to bring the message of the Gospel and share their personal testimonies to hundreds of thousands of youth through their talks and music.

FoundNation’s message is a simple Catholic message: confess, “comer” (eat) and creer (believe/pray). Confess that we are sinners in need of God’s mercy, through the sacrament of reconciliation. Comer (Eat) and partake in Holy Communion. Believe in the redeeming power of Christ in His Church and with the intercession of the Blessed Mother. 

FoundNation is a group that is consecrated to the Blessed Mother and faithful to the Magisterium, all certified in Safe Environment training for their respective Diocese and accountable to the spiritual direction of Fr. Masseo Gonzales.
