‘Part Of Your World’ is a song written by lyricist Howard Ashman and composer Alan Menken for Disney's animated feature film 'The Little Mermaid' (1989).

I’m deeply grateful to the great 'L'Orchestra Cinématique', a London based collective known for their incredibly epic covers and original pieces, for allowing me to make my own vocal version of their stunningly beautiful orchestral reimagining of this song.

Loophole is a serene, piano-driven composition designed to gently guide the listener into a state of deep relaxation. The piece features a minimalist piano melody that flows effortlessly, creating a sense of calm and introspection. Subtle electronic textures weave through the background, adding a modern, ethereal layer that enhances the meditative atmosphere. Perfect for unwinding, studying, or escaping the noise of everyday life, Loophole invites the audience to pause, breathe, and drift into a tranquil soundscape.

Punto: Horn Concerto No 11 in E major 2nd movement – a stately start from the Czech horn player and composer of the classical era
Elgar: Enigma Variation No 9 – Nimrod, composed for one of Elgar’s closest friends AJ Jaegar
Mozart: Sinfonia Concertante for Violin, Viola and Orchestra in E flat major K364 – written to showcase equality between the two stringed instruments

A Musical Journey Through the Woodwind Section of the Orchestra
Vivaldi: Clarinet Concerto No 1 1st movement – with limited Baroque pieces written for this instrument, this is an excellent example
Telemann: Flute Concerto in D 4th movement Allegro – from this German composer who taught himself to play so many instruments
Weber: Bassoon Concerto in F major 1st movement – a theatrical flair is evident in this piece from a composer known for his operas
Haydn: Oboe Concerto in C major 2nd movement Andante – commonly attributed to Haydn but with some doubt over its authorship

Saint Saens: Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso – originally a finale to a violin concerto but after a stunning premiere it was published separately
Binge: The Watermill – listen out for the oboe portraying flowing water

J Strauss II: Die Fledermaus: The Bat Overture – from the musical story of a New Year’s Eve Ball
Rossini: La Scala di Seta The Silken Ladder – possibly the most brilliant of his 39 operas
Beethoven: Piano Concerto No 5  in E flat major Emperor 2nd movement Adagio un poco molto – listen in to find out who this was dedicated to

By the End of Play 4th November 2025 - FRAGMENTUM

La vocalise di Rachmaninoff è un profondo viaggio interiore che dimostra l'alta capacità formale del compositore. E' notevole l'economia tematica e, quindi, la presenza di solo due cellule che tra loro dialogano e competono per creare questo meraviglioso brano scritto originariamente per voce e pianoforte. Il mio remake vuole rimanere fedele all'originale, infatti ogni singola nota che è presente nella partitura, tranne il finale, è stata rigorosamente trascritta nel midi, senza utilizzare loop. Questo brano elettronico in stile NeoPsyTrance è la dimostrazione che la musica elettronica può rimanere interessante senza l'utilizzo dei loop ma, anzi, dimostra come la trasformazione ed evoluzione compositiva continua sia profondamente legata al sound design e all'arrangiamento psichedelico. (Il finale è un riferimento alla Sonata in sib minore che non vedo l'ora di rifare da capo) 👨🏻‍🚀🚀
