Honestly this was a pain to orchestrate and I personally think I did some stuff well and some stuff could be improved a lot. The ending is the way it is because of deadlines I live by.

FF6 - The Decesive Battle

I have recently delved back into my ongoing Final Fantasy music project where I have chosen a selection of tunes from the estemmed video game series (From FF5 to FF13) and am creating my own versions of the themes. I have rearranged parts of them and included my own composed elements within them that help bridge themes together. There will be 113 tunes in total for this project. I ultimately just wanted to have fun with these so please feel free to comment and listen to at your won leisure. Any support, likes and all that would be greatly appreciated.

As Final Fantasy VII Rebirth has just been released, I am uploading the tunes I have rearranged in an ongoing playlist. I have eight more tracks to do to complete my FF7 part of the project so will add those tracks when I have them completed.

My word do I love this part of the game! Where Cloud and the gang have to escape Midgar City being chased by Shinra SOLDIERs and troops on motorbikes speeding down the highway, with Cloud fending them off with the Buster Sword. The premise is crazy and I wanted to capture that craziness in this version. I wanted to keep the listener pumped throughout and to give the sense that you are travelling very fast with the danger all around. Just like with what I did with my version of the battle theme, I have used voice clips from the characters in FF7Remake to help heighten and elevate the overall mood - to make the listener feel with these beloved characters as they escape Midgar.
