I got asked is my music AI, well as my profile says sometimes yes I use AI in my music. AI means too many things to count, a google search bar is AI. IF your LATE to the game, yes it's true. AI have been around forever now. People use it for everything, from gambling with the stock market, targeting shoppers and demographics, risk assessment, legal court cases, labor, management, research, budgeting, dieting, dating, social media, articles, news, self checkouts and yeah music. 
I use AI to help generate sounds I use in my tracks, To craft back up vocals of my own voice, and descriptions for tracks as well as meta tagging I'm sure in my DAW too are some I don't know of including LANDR mastering. GPT, Custom LLM's, Agents, Gemini, Claude, ect. They are all here, and have been... good or bad. Take time to learn about it, some of the history is unsettling.
 Informed is best regardless of if it makes your heart hit the center of the earth.  Only 30% ish of people think AI should have rights, but we made people and shoved them in a box to do things we don't want to or need help with thinking if we edit the "emotion" out things would be fine. Sure, okay. We will see. Maybe we should have stopped at chess, maybe we never had the ability to. Impulse control and long term thinking are our failures as a species.
