It's been a while since I put up a fresh techno mix. To be honest, I was kinda losing interest with all the tracks coming out trying to sound like Funk Assault clones (badly), so took a bit of a step back for a few months. Now the darker months are incoming, it feels like the perfect time for a set of nothing but fast-paced, dancefloor aimed heaters. Mostly new tracks with a few oldies sprinkled in. Enjoy!

Crazy my Beat is the fourth track of the second The anthology songs TV Anime soundtrack. Featured as the image song of Joseph Joestar as he appears in Battle Tendency, the track was originally sung by Coda and is now covered in English by Riverdude Covers.

Walking down 7th Avenue on October 28th 2023, around 6 pm. Even though it's autumn, the temperature is high. It feels like summer. It's very humid and the street is crowded.
My phone (tucked in my pocket) starts to record on its own when I reach Times Square. 

The resulting one and a half minute long recording is the material for this particular soundscape, which I think captures the eeriness and the uncanny feeling I had that day. All sounds were processed on a Roland SP-404A sampler and recorded live to a stereo track.
