We’re so excited to share this month’s Zac Chat: Pluto Power!
Pluto’s shift from Capricorn into Aquarius is bringing a huge wave of transformation, encouraging us all to let go of old patterns, open to new ways of thinking, and move into a powerful period of growth and change. This cosmic event is big: and it holds deep significance not only for each of us but for the world as a whole.

In this Chitty Chat Zac sheds light on what Pluto’s energy is here to teach us. It’s a time when the Universe is asking us to release personal habits and societal structures that may feel outdated or restrictive. Pluto’s energy, in Aquarius, is like a push from the Universe to step fully into who we are meant to be and to embrace the shifts coming our way. Zac also has some amazing insights on loyalty, something that may resonate with many of us right now! Listen to the end!

Zac’s guidance helps us connect with these changes in a way that feels natural and supportive. He talks a lot about the importance of finding our own inner coherence, especially when things around us feel uncertain. When we’re centered, we’re better able to flow with Pluto’s transformative energy, which brings more resilience and confidence to handle whatever comes our way.

Dans cet épisode du Wellness Wonders Podcast, je reçois Léonie, une passionnée du bien-être que j'ai découverte sur TikTok, où elle partage son expérience sur le syndrome de l'intestin. Enfin, quelqu'un qui aborde ce sujet souvent tabou et incompris de manière authentique. Ensemble, nous explorons son parcours personnel, de ses premiers symptômes à la mise en place d'un protocole strict qui lui a permis de retrouver un équilibre. Elle a testé de nombreuses approches : naturopathie, compléments alimentaires, régulation du microbiote, et bien plus encore. Aujourd'hui, elle partage son histoire pour aider d'autres personnes à mieux comprendre leur corps et les solutions possibles.
 
Le syndrome de l'intestin irritable est une condition multifactorielle qui peut grandement affecter la qualité de vie. Léonie met en avant l'importance de trouver un protocole personnalisé, car chaque personne est unique. Malgré le manque de solutions universelles, elle a mis en place, à l'aide d'une professionnelle, une routine personnalisée, composée de compléments alimentaires et de pratiques simples comme la cohérence cardiaque, le pilates, et une alimentation adaptée. En intégrant ces éléments dans son quotidien, Léonie a non seulement réussi à dompter ses symptômes, mais aussi retrouvé un bien-être mental.
 
Cet épisode met également en lumière les liens étroits entre le système nerveux, les hormones et la santé digestive. Léonie explique comment son protocole a débuté par la régulation du cortisol, un élément clé pour calmer l’axe cerveau-intestin. En parallèle, elle a entamé une thérapie pour comprendre l’origine de ses symptômes et apprendre à mieux gérer le stress. Ce mélange d’approches holistiques lui a permis de dépasser la simple gestion des symptômes et de favoriser une guérison durable.

Nous abordons aussi les difficultés et les coûts associés à ces traitements, et l'importance de bien choisir son praticien pour éviter des démarches infructueuses. Léonie partage également les obstacles psychologiques, comme la peur du regard des autres ou la difficulté d'arrêter certaines habitudes, que ce soit le café ou l'alcool.
 
Un autre aspect clé de notre conversation est la culture du bien-être sur les réseaux sociaux. Léonie raconte comment son envie de partager son expérience est née de sa propre souffrance, et comment sa présence en ligne lui a permis de toucher d’autres personnes vivant la même situation. Grâce à son e-book et à ses vidéos explicatives, elle aide sa communauté à naviguer dans l'univers complexe du bien-être.
 
Nous parlons aussi de la pression sociétale qui pousse parfois à des pratiques extrêmes, comme le jeûne intermittent ou les régimes véganes. Nous remettons en question ces tendances et encourageons chacun à écouter son corps, à suivre un rythme qui leur convient, et à chercher des solutions qui apportent réellement du bien-être, plutôt que de suivre aveuglément des modes.

Léonie montre qu'il est possible de trouver des solutions, même lorsque les situations semblent insurmontables. This lecture discusses key ideas from the ancient philosopher and statesman Marcus Tullius Cicero's work, On The Nature Of The Gods, which critically examines Epicurean, Stoic, and Skeptic perspectives on matters of theology and cosmology

Specifically it focuses upon the presentation of Stoic cosmology and theology by Quintus Lucilius Balbus in book 2, and in particular on his discussion of the stability and coherence of the world itself and of the larger cosmos. These features are used by Balbus to argue for the existence of some intelligent, providentially ordering divine being. He also discusses a controversial Stoic doctrine, that of the universal conflagration, in which the matter of the world is gradually converted into aether or fire, and then the world is recreated by the divine being.

Aaron Sevilla es un DJ y productor mexicano con creciente presencia en la cultura techno mexicana y latina; caracterizado por sus mezclas orgánicas y enérgicas se abrió paso hasta conseguir residencias en clubes tan icónicos como AM Local, Americana Club Social y Janis en la Ciudad de México. Ha tenido oportunidad de compartir su música en eventos de prestigio mundial como Burning Man Project (2019), Medusa Sunbeach (México 2019) y Ultra Music Festival (México 2018), logrando así compartir escenario con grandes estrellas: entre las que destacan Carl Cox, Dubfire, Tale of Us, Jamie Jones, Luciano, Marco Carola, Claptone…

Mediante tal agencia ayuda a potenciar las carreras de artistas como Oliver Koletzki, Rafa Barrios, Chus, Yaya, Ameme, De la Swing, Maga, Oscar L, entre otros; a la vez que acumula múltiples experiencias sobre la industria musical.

Con el tiempo además ha sido apoyado por artistas de talla internacional como Black Coffee, Simone Vitullo, Richie Hawtin, Peppe Citarella, Natema, Mijangos y otros. Así, desde 2021 Aaron ha ocupado diferentes posiciones en las listas principales de las tiendas de música electrónica más relevantes, incluido el #1 en Afro House Chart en Beatport y el #1 en el ranking Afro Latin Traxsource.

Ya en 2018 incursiona por primera vez con presentaciones en el extranjero, haciendo vibrar tierra colombiana en uno de los clubes de mayor relevancia a nivel mundial: Baum Bogotá. Durante el tiempo de confinamiento continúa trabajando con presentaciones en línea de impacto global, ahora conduce un radio show en la estación de música electrónica más importante de México: Beat 100.9 FM, y se encamina hacia el futuro encendiendo fiestas cada vez más grandes en lugares cada vez más interesantes. Sevilla es ahora considerado uno de los talentos más prometedores de la escena underground mexicana según DJMAGmx.

🎧 Didier Limonet started his career in 1988 and quickly became a resident DJ at the legendary L’An-Fer club in Dijon. This iconic venue of the French electronic scene gave him the chance to share the decks with some of the biggest international names such as Laurent Garnier, Daft Punk, Jeff Mills, Derrick May, Basement Jaxx, Dimitri From Paris, and Bob Sinclar. These encounters shaped his wide musical vision, blending house, techno and underground influences into a distinctive style.
In 2006, he stepped into production, curating the compilation “La Villa Rouge 3” on Citizen Records, Vitalic’s label. The same year, he teamed up with Thomas Deschamps aka Nassau, whose acclaimed releases on Yellow Productionsand Soulfuric were supported by legends like Masters At Work, Louie Vega, Kerry Chandler, Pete Tong and Bob Sinclar. Together they founded Ghetto Freaks Productions in 2007, delivering original tracks and remixes for renowned labels such as Henry Street Music, Do It Now Recordings, MAP Dance and Gotta Keep Faith.
Since 2021, Didier has continued to push boundaries, joining labels such as Red Island Production, Nu Monkey Records, and Soulstice Records, while performing in clubs and trendsetting venues like Mama Shelter since 2023.
In early 2024, he launched two new labels:
	•	InDlu Records, focusing on Afro House and Afro Tech,
	•	My Disco Jam, dedicated to House and Nu-Disco.
With more than three decades of experience, spanning from iconic clubs to forward-thinking productions, Didier Limonet remains a passionate and influential figure within the French and international electronic music scene.
