Les concurentes et concurnets n'ont pas fait que du Tourisme. La chaleur, les animaux, des routes et chemins parfois compliqués ont rendu cette épreuve éprouvante mais tellement belle. Tout le monde s'accorde à nous dire que ce fût merveilleux, en remerciant Axel Carion pour l'originalité du parcours, et jure que l'année prochaine, ils reviendront, bien sûr.Saminda Perera, le directeur de la compagnie aerienne, SRI Lankan Airlines, partenaire de la manche, était ravi de pouvoir faire découvrir ce très beau pays, peuplé d'hommes et de femmes toujours souriants et bienveillants.Voilà une bonne façon de découvrir le pays, à vélo, mais on peut assurément le découvrir différemment.Retrouvez-moi sur le village départ, avec des coureurs ravis de partir à la découverte du pays, mais aussi à l'arrivée, et chose rare, l'interview du grand vainqueur, Guillaume de Spoelberch, dans l'avion du retour, ainsi qu'Adrien Leroux, notre journaliste Radio Sports, qui lui était également participant, sur son vélo, et qui finit à une très belle 11ᵉ place.
