Depois de “Crime”, os The Twist Connection revelam agora “Concentrate”, o mais recente single do quinto álbum da banda, “CONCENTRATE, GIVE IT UP, IT’S TOO LATE”, que será editado em março de 2025 pela Lux Records.
A sonoridade da banda continua a mover-se sob o espectro do rock’n’roll, numa estrada que liga referências como Ronnie Self e Dan Sartain, dos anos 50 até aos dias de hoje. Em “Concentrate”, essa viagem ganha um novo brilho com a participação de Tracy Vandal, cuja voz se entrelaça no ritmo pulsante da canção.
A perceção de que o tempo não espera por ninguém é uma das forças que impulsiona este novo trabalho, onde a vida—com o seu desespero, amor, perdas e constantes roubos—volta a ser o grande tema. Ambient and Lo-Fi Jazz Music for Rest, Relaxation, Focus and Chill

Avenue One, the electrifying DJ duo, is the brainchild of two extraordinary talents, Matt Cerf and Petr Leško. With roots in Montreal, Canada, and Zlin, Czech Republic, they joined forces in 2012, driven by a shared love for music. Both members have deep-seated connections to the electronic music world.

In July 2022, Avenue One made a triumphant debut on Anjunabeats with the mesmerizing "Upstairs Terrace," a track that resonated with audiences worldwide, thanks to its inclusion in the Anjunabeats Volume 16 compilation mixed by Above & Beyond. Their 2022 album, "Outside My Door," marked a return to the scene after a hiatus, featuring standout tracks like "Rupture" and "Explorer."

Continuing their journey in 2023, they unveiled "Sky Falls" on Anjunabeats and the captivating "Uprising" on Colorize. In February 2024, they prepared a guest mix for Above & Beyond's Group Therapy radio show. March 2024 saw the release of their remix of the legendary trance anthem "Cerf, Mitiska & Jaren - Man On The Run" on Armada Music. In April 2024, they released "My Soul," a collaboration with the duo re:boot on Enhanced Progressive, which received support from Armin van Buuren on A State Of Trance and Above & Beyond's Group Therapy. In July 2024, they released "Days & Nights," the first single from their upcoming EP, chosen as the "Record of the Week" on Group Therapy by Above & Beyond.

With their innovative sound and a profound bond with fans, Avenue One is poised for a lasting impact in the electronic music domain, promising a vibrant future filled with fresh beats and musical adventures.
