Craypoe Productions presents an eclectic collection that brings together a diverse lineup of talented guest musicians, each lending their own unique voice to the songs of Bob Craypoe. Every lyric across the album was written by Bob, who also handled full production duties to ensure the record’s cohesive sound and vision.

The sessions were recorded at Bob Craypoe’s Crackle and Hiss Studios in Stillwater Township, New Jersey—a place where raw creativity and authenticity meet. Adding a rich and unexpected dimension to the project, the strings were performed by members of the Crandon Lakes Philharmonic Orchestra, giving the album moments of orchestral depth alongside its grittier tones.

The guest list spans across genres, featuring country pickers, punk rebels, seasoned rockers, and soulful blues musicians. This mix of backgrounds creates a dynamic listening experience, with each track carrying the spirit of collaboration while staying true to the working-class stories and heartfelt grit captured in Bob’s lyrics.

At its heart, this is a testament to the power of music as a shared language—rooted in tradition yet unafraid to cross boundaries, and always grounded in the voice of the people.

Independent artist: songwriter/composer/musician/DAW and DAW recording studio/multi-instrumentalist/I learned piano (at 20)/drums (58)/bass (57)/guitar (9) and saxophone (13).

 

My songs don't all reflect my life, but are influenced by my environment.

Equipment:

I work with Studio One Pro/Arturia MK2 keyboard/Ibanez bass/Charvel and L'Espaul LTD Stratocaster/DM8 Nux drums/Yamaha 700 acoustic guitar and my old piano that's been with me everywhere since I started 40 years ago.

 

Almost all my compositions are recorded in my home studio (DAW/DAW).

 

I sing on some songs, but I prefer to let my friends handle the vocals. I don't like my voice; even if I sing in tune, the timbre sounds strange to my ear! If you'd like to collaborate with a singer, I have many instrumental tracks just waiting for a beautiful voice, male or female… I'm open to collaborations, and I already have several to my credit 👍, so feel free to contact me 😉 PM

Presque toutes mes compositions sont enregistrées dans mon home studio (MAO/DAW).

 

Je chante sur certaines chansons, mais je préfère laisser mes amis s'occuper des chants. Je n'aime pas ma voix, meme si je chante juste, le timbre sonne chelou dans mon oreille !! Si vous souhaitez collaborer chanteur ou une chanteuse, j'ai de nombreux morceaux instrumentaux qui n'attendent qu'une belle voix, masculine ou féminine… Je suis ouvert aux collaborations, j'edn ai déjà plusierus a mon actif👍, n'hésitez pas à me contacter 😉MP
