This series is about attachments.
It is all about releasing and freeing ourselves 
from others people frequencies.

What is very common,
pretty everyone on the planet does that:
we hold on to other peoples frequencies 
out of a certain need.

A typical thing that happens is,
we hold on to our mothers’ frequency,
and our fathers’ frequency,
because this is a way to be connected to them,
whether we have or had a good or bad relationship with them.

Because if we have a good relationship with them,
then typically we would attach their energy frequency unto ours
so that they don’t leave us.

So this has everything to do 
with the fear 
of them abandoning us.

And the other way around, is also true:
 if we don’t have a good relationship with them in a 3D form
then we also hold on to their frequency,
because in that way 
we try to connect to them 
on one level or another.

And since the relationship is not working on a 3D way,
energetically we hold on to something 
that is theirs.

And we do this, of course, unconsciously.
And because this is coming from a place of need,
of course, this attachment 
or this sort of taking on of others peoples’ energy
is really not a positive thing.

It adds to our own need and our own feeling of lack
and it does not serve us at all.

So, in this series you will free yourself completely from these attachments, from these lower frequencies. 
And the good news? You will feel better and your relationships will also improve, because your connection will no longer come from a place of need, but from a true authentic place of love, freedom and being who you really are.
