Movement generates Energy and your Emotions are Energy in Motion 

In this conscious dance workshop at Pandora Festival, I guided dancers through meditation and embodied movement to explore this truth by inviting the body to speak through ecstatic dance. Lika and I selected these sounds with the intention of creating a space where dancers can drop into presence, soften into feeling, reconnect with their bodies wisdom, to their beautiful authenticity
