Veteran hip hop duo Constant Deviants release their fourth studio album "Avant Garde" through their own Six2Six Records imprint on 12th May 2015.

Producer DJ Cutt and emcee M.I., now based in New Jersey and Baltimore respectively, have today released the second official video taken from the new project.  The follow up to "The Right Moment" released late last year, "Breathin" incorporates the classic Constant Deviants sound. A symbiotic mix of Cutt's jazz and soul sampled beats complimenting M.I.'s smooth flow as he delivers another cerebral masterclass in the art of storytelling.

The video was filmed in Baltimore and directed by J Powell

Episode 031 - Southern Vangard Radio

East coast duo Constant Deviants return a year after releasing the critically acclaimed "Avant Garde" with a new concept album "Omerta", out 28th June through Six2Six Records on vinyl, CD and digital formats.

Following precedents set by Kool Keith's "Tashan Dorsett" and Little Brother's "The Minstrel Show", Emcee M.I. and DJ Cutt draw from their respective Italian and Russian heritages to adopt the roles of Luciano and Lansky in this themed presentation which has their trademark classic hip hop sound at its core.      

M.I. will be appearing in the new film "Six2Six" co:starring Treach, Selena Johnson and Chief Rocker Busy Bee due out later in the year, while the group will be launching a new "Tre Volte" freestyle video series in the weeks ahead.

Constant Deviants - So Underrated (produced By DJ Cutt)

New joint by east coast duo Constant Deviants who release their new album "Omerta" on June 28th.

"Cutt for President" is a bonus track recorded recently with MC M.I.'s instantly recognizable flows making way for generous sections of turntablism supplied by the man himself, DJ Cutt.

The Baltimore rapper is currently in his home city filming scenes for a new movie "Can't Live Without My Radio".  He stars in and produced another new film "Six2Six" which also features Treach, Syleena Johnson and Chief Rocker Busy Bee, a film which has been selected by the Hip Hop Film Festival to be screened in NYC in August.  The festival is run by Ralph McDaniels and Julien Lockhart

Constant Deviants will be performing in Baltimore as part of the LoudPalooza event taking place at Castaways on June 25th.  The following day they will be in NYC for a week long series of radio & press interviews, with a special album launch event also in the works.

"Cutt for President" received its first radio airing last night on DJ Eclipse's Rap Is Outta Control Show on Sirius XM's Hip Hop Nation.

I despise electric guitars and yelling or mumbling nonsense. I've got a small weak spot for dubstepish whatnot somewhere in my left thigh. 
I try to spend my life doing whatever I enjoy. Often to great excess. I try not to work. I try not to need crap. I try not to let my mind float away.
