Being an addict to Electro Swing I found perfect matches with "Bruno Otranto & Dani Carrera - Burlone (James Copeland Remix)" and mashed them...

An Ekphora is an Ancient Greek burial procession. 

This is essentially the first part of my piece, "Requiem-Becoming One" from  "Soundtracks of Life - Volume One", but presented as a shorter stand-alone piece with a big and exciting Hollywood style ending.

This piece was first started as a student in 1979, and pieced together over the years, through every version of Finale possible, and now this exciting and dramatic piece is finally a reality.

Life Is

In December 1890, the US Army massacred nearly 300 Lakota Sioux at Wounded Knee. This piece is dedicated to the memory of those lost on that day. Legend is that they performed a Ghost Dance before the US Army attacked them.

The source melodies for this piece were taken from "Teton Sioux Music and Culture" by Frances Densmore, 1914.

This is not related to the Fritz Lang motion picture "Metropolis". It is a musical reflection on how the world of 1956 viewed what the world of 2020 and beyond might be.

This was performed by the Moravian Philharmonic in 1997.
