Given the building blocks of high-performance teams, add the behavior patterns of connection, productivity, and error handling. Put it all together with behaviors from previous episodes, and you have the recipe for love (or friendship if you’re not allowed to say “love” in your workplace). On high-performance teams, people act like they’re in love with each other. They channel that feeling to high productivity.

Connection, Productivity, and Error Handling
