The solar plexus/ navel Chakra, or Manipura, is located between the navel and breastbone. It represents our personal power system and the seat of our ego, strength and anger. 
Respective organs are the stomach, intestines, gallbladder, liver, pancreas and spleen. 
When the solar plexus is open, we are confident, in control and feel immense self-esteem. A blockage here can represent digestion or liver/gallbladder issues and spiritually cause an inability to control oneself and or fear of rejection. Its associated color is yellow.

When your Manipura Chakra is balanced you are full of energy, effectiveness, spontaneity and the power of a true leader. You will take on a task and complete it and not be bound by perfectionism. You will radiate warmth and love to all and have confidence, self-respect and self-power.

The Manipura is associated with several characteristics:
- avoiding relationships of co-dependency
- releasing fear of being different
- learning to take responsibility
- remembering that knowledge is power
- negative notions about power
- Importance of discipline
- earning self respect
- learning to say "no"
- developing leadership skill

For this Sound Journey I used the planetary frequency of the Sun (126.22 Hz, according to "the cosmic octave" by Hans Cousto) to balance and heal the Solar Plexus chakra (Manipura). Manipura Healing - A Sound Journey to heal and balance the Solar Plexus Chakra

Enjoy a Healing Sound Journey to open and activate your 3rd Eye Chakra. 
The 3rd Eye Chakra, or Ajna, is located on your forehead, it is essentially responsible for being able to see or sense things that can’t necessarily be seen with the naked eye.
But there are many things that this particular chakra is responsible for. In fact, it is considered by many to be one of the most important chakras because it has the capacity to play a major role in so many different physical aspects of the human body. 
At the same time, it also plays a crucial role in your mental, emotional and spiritual development.

As far as your physical body is concerned, the third eye chakra is typically associated with your eyes, ears and brain. As such, it is also directly connected to your nervous system. It has impact on both your pineal and thyroid glands. 

If it’s overactive or not active enough, it can have a direct impact on the way that you feel. 
The third eye chakra impacts you on an emotional and mental level. This is the chakra that helps you see the bigger picture in life as opposed to only seeing what’s right in front of you. It also controls your sense of imagination and has a great deal to do with your creativity. 
People with a well-balanced third eye chakra often feel quite peaceful, even tranquil. They may feel this way in the face of some fairly monumental challenges, allowing themselves to remain calm when other people may be in a state of panic. This is largely because the third eye chakra gives them the capacity to focus on the things that are truly important.

Respective organs are pituitary gland, spine, lower brain, left eye, nose and the ears.

Its associated color is Indigo.

The Ajna is associated with several characteristics:

- intuition,

- perception
- insight
- equanimity

Enjoy a Healing Sound Journey to activate and balance your Crown Chakra. 

The Crown Chakra, or Sahasrara, is located at the top of the head or slightly above. It sits like a crown, radiating upwards.

Most commonly represented with the color white,  can it also be depicted as deep purple. The auric color of the crown chakra energy can also be seen as gold, white, or clear light.

The Sahasrara is associated with the following characteristics:

- Consciousness
- Awareness
- Wisdom
- Connection with the formless, the limitless
- Realization, liberation from limiting patterns
- Ecstasy
- Bliss
- Presence

The crown chakra is associated with the transcendence of our limitations, whether they are personal or bound to space and time. It is where the paradox becomes norm, where seemingly opposites are one. The quality of awareness that comes with the crown chakra is universal, transcendent.

As we are immersed in the energy of the crown chakra, we feel a state of blissful union with all that is, of spiritual ecstasy.
Some describe it as the gateway to the cosmic or divine self, to universal consciousness. It’s linked to the infinite, the universal.

The Sahasrara is primarily associated to the pituitary gland, and secondarily to the pineal and the hypothalamus. The hypothalamus and pituitary gland work in pair to regulate the endocrine system.  Because of its location, the crown chakra is closely associated with the brain and the whole nervous system.

Energetically, the seventh chakra has a connection with the first chakra, as they both are at the extremities of the chakra system.

When the Crown chakra has an imbalance, it can manifest as:

- Being disconnected to spirit
- Closed-mindedness
- constant cynicism

On the opposite side, an overactive crown chakra could manifest as:

- disconnection with the body
- Living in your head
- being disconnected from earthly matters
- Obsessive attachment to spiritual matters
- Closed-mindedness

The octave of this frequency is 207.36 Hz and 97.2 bpm.

I tuned my guitar, bass, and synthesizer to this frequency, and played the Kanjira (South Indian percussion) at 97.2 bpm.

The cosmic octave frequency of the sun is 126.22 Hz (A = 449.8 Hz).
And the BPM is 118.3.
I tuned my guitar, bass and synthesizer to this frequency, and played phrygian dominant scale at 118.3 BPM.
And I made the video of my image of the spiritual aspect of the sun using fractal images.

A transformational vehicle of transcendence... to get closer to the divine and melt in time and space.
It's medicine... caretaker... it keeps us safe.. lifts us up!
It serves as an emotional amplifier and grounds us when we are in need.
MUSIC IS PURE LOVE

As a Sonic Alchemist, I made it my mission to use the power of Sound and Music, to bring balance into our daily life and harmonise distorted vibrations with naturally occuring healing frequencies. 

But my work is not only limited by performing healing on an individual, but on a larger scale through production of 'Sound Healing Journeys' and 'Medicine Music'. 
In this field I use healing frequencies, such as the 'Solfeggio Scale' and the 'Cosmic Octave', to create a special Sonic Experience. 
The Sound Journeys, based on these principles, are created to bring healing through relaxation and balance of the energy centers (Chakras). 
In some setups I use a combination of traditional instruments (Gongs, Singing Bowls, Shrutibox...) with modern technology (Computer, DAW), that creates an even deeper healing experience. 

Another effective way of healing through sound, is the use of healing frequencies and natural atmospheric sounds in Music. 
If listening to Music at home or on the dancefloor, being surrounded by sound that is in tune with the Source, brings healing on its way. 

In my Music Productions and Live Sets, I use in general a natural tuning of A=432Hz to provide a more natural and gentle experience to the listener. 
 The 'Solfeggio Scale' is often part of my musical arrangements and is used in many different ways. Indigenous and acoustic instruments, such as percussion or flutes are basic elements of my setup and provide an even more mystical, deep, natural Musical Journey.
