Nobleman crusader Robin of Locksley (Kevin Costner) breaks out of a Jerusalem prison with the help of Moorish fellow prisoner Azeem (Morgan Freeman) and travels back home to England. But upon arrival he discovers his dead father in the ruins of his family estate, killed by the vicious sheriff of Nottingham (Alan Rickman). Robin and Azeem join forces with outlaws Little John (Nick Brimble) and Will Scarlett (Christian Slater) to save the kingdom from the sheriff's villainy.

Aperçu:
XIIème siècle, en Angleterre. The Bodyguard

 is a 1992 American romantic thriller drama film directed by Mick Jackson,[4] written by Lawrence Kasdan, and starring Kevin Costner, Whitney Houston (in her movie acting debut), Gary Kemp, Bill Cobbs, and Ralph Waite. The film follows a former United States Secret Service agent turned bodyguard who is hired to protect a famous actress and singer from an unknown stalker. Kasdan wrote the film in the mid-1970s, originally as a vehicle for Steve McQueen and Diana Ross.[5]


Rachel Marron is an Academy Award-nominated actress and music superstar who is being sent death threats by a stalker. After a bomb explodes in her dressing room, her manager Bill Devaney seeks out professional bodyguard Frank Farmer, a former Secret Service agent who served on the Carter and Reagan presidential details, to protect her. Frank reluctantly accepts Devaney's offer, but he feels Rachel is a spoiled diva who is oblivious to the threats against her life.


Rachel soon accuses Frank of being paranoid, complaining that his extensive protection techniques are intrusive. However, Frank and Rachel grow closer when he rescues her from danger after a riot erupts at one of her concerts. Her existing bodyguard, Tony, resents Frank's presence, leading to a brawl between the two in Rachel's kitchen.


Later, Rachel is announced as the winner for Best Actress, but as she comes on stage to accept the award, Portman is revealed to be the hitman, masquerading as the bodyguard for the ceremony's host. Frank notices Portman pointing a camera disguised gun at Rachel and preparing for the fatal shot. He runs onstage and leaps in front of Rachel and takes the bullet she would have took if he didn't interfere. Immediately after chaos was set off amongst the audience, Portman targets Rachel again, only to get shot and killed by Frank who regains his balance and is left wounded. All the while Rachel urges Frank to stay with her, Rachel calls for help, but only before Frank slowly passes out.


The Oscar-winning actor and filmmaker also revealed that race was a factor that was dissuading parties involved from casting the pop star in the role of Rachel Marron, a music superstar who becomes romantically involved with her bodyguard (Costner's Frank Farmer) while facing threats from a stalker.

Again, these two have history (they reportedly dated from 2015 to 2016), which would lend some steamy verisimilitude to proceedings. The fact that Rihanna could easily take DiCaprio in a knife fight also offers a chance to play with the original\\u2019s gender dynamics. I can see the trailer tagline already: \\u201CBecause sometimes the bodyguard needs a bodyguard\\u201D, and then cue the beat drop from Bitch Better Have My Money.

Imagine how frustrating it\\u2019d be for a potential assassin to take out Swift when her bodyguard\\u2019s jumping in and interrupting her at every public event? All this time we thought he was being rude, it was really just Kanye\\u2019s natural bodyguard instincts.
