Made possible through the experiment of raking and embodied listening, this recipe for “Feeling into Healing,” is composed of fieldnotes and soundscapes interwoven through the genius of sound designer Rascal Miles. It unfolds as a dialogue between body and environment. Each gesture—breathing, noticing, listening, feeling—becomes method and meditation.
