This track comes from the MSX exclusive game Yami no Ryūō Hadesu no Monshō (闇の竜王 ハデスの紋章), published in 1986 by Casio. Its title translates approximately to "Dragon King of Darkness - Crest of Hades", but since it doesn't have an official English name, some people simply call it "Knight Leon", after its main character, inspired by the Konami game Knightmare, which has some similarities. I think it's a charming and interesting game, with a nice soundtrack, and this arrangement, using the Konami VRCVII sound chip (also known as VRC7) covers both the title theme and the main theme.
