When I made the idea for this track I thought it was beautiful. Never in a million years did I fathom how it would flourish into something even more emotionally powerful with the way it is now. I could not have done this without the two important pieces of INTRICATE SOUNDS, 12Gage , and SONDER. We really did this guys. If you asked me what this track meant to me on surface level, This track means the world to me. 3 artists that usually play heavy ass bass (with a touch of melodic) came together and created something beautiful to end the year right. If you asked me on a deeper level, this track is symbolizes how much you do not want to lose of your life and how you will fight till even beyond the afterlife for them. I will always fight for her 🤍

I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating on this mashup and it’s true when they say great minds think alike. It’s amazing to see how well ideas collide and mesh so well together when you find the right people to do this with. Melodic dubstep has a very special place in my heart and I got to share some of the most raw emotions from myself to these two while we were working on this mashup and they both understand how much this one means to me. I saw myself at my lowest two years ago in a million pieces and how much I fell apart, but these two gave me more than enough reason to show that I’m doing so much better and I’m following my heart and my passion in this pursuit of music. I learned a lot from these two as a growing producer and I look forward to what more were able to do together. We hope you enjoy and love it just as much as we did working and creating this piece for you guys!

Working on a track like this was really special for me because melodic dubstep was one of the first genres of EDM I fell in love with on the spot. Potions was actually one of the first melodic songs I’ve ever heard. I don’t explore this side of me very often, and it was extremely freeing and gratifying to do so, especially being able to do it with two other insanely talented producers. The more we worked on it, the more fun we had. It became less of a body of work and more of a passion project the further we went in, and I could not be more proud of what was created.

Hailing from Orange County, California, psychodelix delivers an emotional fusion of dubstep and melodic bass. He began producing and DJing at 17, but his creative journey paused when he joined the United States Marine Corps. It wasn’t long before the spark reignited—this time from the confines of his barracks room, where he returned to music with renewed purpose.

Influenced by artists like SLANDER, Afinity, Aaron Shirk, and ROY KNOX, psychodelix channels his own experiences of heartbreak, growth, and resilience into sound. His tracks are more than melodies—they’re stories of rising from pain, finding light, and lifting others along the way. With uplifting energy and a commitment to connection, psychodelix aims to leave listeners not just moved, but empowered.
