Here's my transcription of "Leaving Hogwarts", the music that's playing at the end of the first and the last movie of the saga. I did everything by ear so I hope there's not too many mistakes! It took me about 9 hours to record and edit everything! So tiring !
Everything was done with LA Scoring Strings 2 and Garritan Personal Orchestra in Cubase 5.

Davide Sonar is one of the founders of hardstyle music. Since 2002 his productions have marked the history of Italian Hardstyle and thanks to his unique sound, emotional but hard, he has become very popular worldwide.

‘Techno Noise’, ‘Go Go Go’, ‘You aRe My Life’, ‘Techno Boheme’, ‘Reactor’, ‘Beatz 4 U’, ‘Sarabande’, ‘All of Me’, ‘Dedication’, ‘Natural’ and ‘Believe’ are his greatest hits over the years. His tracks appeared on hundreds of compilations and thousands of vinyl records!

As a DJ he started to spin records in Italy, Switzerland and the UK. In a short amount of time he became a huge international Hardstyle DJ. My name is Bård Hestnes and I come from a town in Norway called Trondheim. I write orchestral music for a hobby and I'm always trying to improve my composing skills and I would really appreciate any feedback or comments on my music :) 

I'm looking for projects, either film, game, animation, to work with. So don't hesitate to contact me if you're interested in using my music :)

I'm currently studying to be a teacher in mathematics, nature/science and music. I play guitar in a funk/jazz band called Privilegium and write orchestral music in my homestudio. Music has always had a big influence on my life and still does, even though it's just a hobby at the moment.

Every single cover you'll find here was recorded and played BY EAR. 

I basically play every single note I can hear without quantizing anything so it gives it a "natural" sound :)

My usual gear is made of a Yamaha NP V80, cubase AI5 on a Macbook Pro 13" (4 Go RAM) and a bunch of VSTs.
